Adaptive Reuse Housing

We worked with a community organizer to develop plans for an existing building for its future reuse as a pantry, recording studio, church gatherings and housing for an unhoused youth population.

The goals of the project were two-fold: to accommodate the existing programs and introduce new housing that offered shared amenities such as living rooms and kitchens, to encourage engagement and increase the number of living spaces.
