Awarded 2021 The Architect’s Newspaper Best of Design - Honorable Mention in the Exhibition Design Category

Studio Ames has designed and curated an exhibition at Citygroup. Citygroup is a collective space for thinking critically about architecture in the city, and it is located at 104b Forsyth St, New York, NY 10009. The exhibition, “Linee Occulte: Drawing Architecture” gathers eight designers around the theme of “linee occulte” – which translates to hidden lines. As we contend with many shared and lost histories, as well as unseen forces, it is necessary to re-assess the importance that the lines, erased or hidden, have on our process. Linee Occulte: Drawing Architecture examines this subject through drawings by designers.
